Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are endlessly customizable. This recipe is a starting point you can adjust with whatever toppings you have on hand.

This smoothie bowl provides quick energy from fruit and carbs, plus protein from yogurt to help support recovery after activity.

Cook Time: N/A

Servings: 2

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp honey

Tips:

Other possible toppings include honey drizzle, chopped peanuts, sliced apples, other berries, cacao nibs, chia seeds, or toasted oats.
This recipe works well for before activity (smaller portion) and after activity (larger portion).
